These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through www.sherunstheshow.com.au and to the products and services provided by She Runs the Show.
She Runs the Show is a registered business name of French Navy Pty Ltd (ABN 63 132 863 533).
By purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Our Products & Services
She Runs the Show provides practical business resources, downloadable guides, consultations, workplace programs and other products designed to support people starting, running and managing businesses.
Our products and services include:
Nobody Tells You This Stuff downloadable business guides and resources.
Individual business consultations.
Happy Work, Happy Life workplace programs and associated materials.
Stationery and other physical products.
Each product or service is described on its relevant website page, including its price, inclusions and any applicable conditions.
We encourage you to review these details carefully before purchasing.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
We reserve the right to change our prices from time to time. Any changes will not affect purchases already completed.
3. Digital Products & Delivery
Our downloadable guides and resources are supplied electronically.
Following successful payment, you will receive an email containing a link to download your purchased product.
Download links may be subject to access or expiry conditions, which will be outlined in your delivery email.
Please ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct.
If you experience difficulty receiving, accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact hello@sherunstheshow.com.au so we can assist.
4. Refunds & Returns — Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes circumstances where you:
Purchase the incorrect guide or version.
Decide you no longer require the product.
Change your mind after purchasing.
Choose not to download, access or use the product.
Please review the product description and available options carefully before completing your purchase.
This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a digital product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Intellectual Property & Use of Digital Products
All guides, worksheets, templates, written content, designs and other resources supplied by She Runs the Show remain the intellectual property of French Navy Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a digital product provides you with a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own personal or business purposes.
You may:
Download and save the purchased material.
Print copies for your own use.
Complete and adapt worksheets and templates for use within your own business.
Share the material internally with people directly involved in operating the same business for which it was purchased.
You must not, without prior written permission:
Resell or commercially distribute the material.
Share purchased files with other businesses or unrelated individuals.
Reproduce, republish or redistribute the material.
Upload the material to publicly accessible websites, platforms or file-sharing services.
Use the material to create competing products for sale or distribution.
Represent the material as your own original work.
Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
6. Included 20-Minute Consultations
Where a downloadable guide includes a 20-minute 1:1 consultation, this consultation forms part of the purchased product.
The consultation provides an opportunity to discuss the areas covered in the guide, explore particular topics in more detail or ask questions that arise while working through the material.
Consultations must be booked using the booking link provided by She Runs the Show and are subject to appointment availability.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Choosing not to book or attend an included consultation does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of the purchased guide.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
7. Happiness at Work Program
The Happiness at Work program is designed to support communication and positive workplace practices.
The program includes the materials, resources and support specified in the relevant product description or agreed proposal.
Participation and implementation remain the responsibility of the purchasing business.
Program materials are provided for use within the purchasing organisation and must not be reproduced, resold or distributed outside that organisation without prior written permission.
Where physical materials are included, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before purchase.
The program is intended to provide general workplace education and practical support. It does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal or other specialist advice.
We do not guarantee specific business, financial, employee or workplace outcomes.
Nothing in this section affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Physical Products & Shipping
Where physical products are available for purchase, applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the product, availability and delivery location.
We will take reasonable care in preparing and dispatching orders.
If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match its description, please contact us at hello@sherunstheshow.com.au. We will assess the issue and provide a refund, replacement or other appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on physical products unless otherwise stated in the relevant product description or agreed in writing.

Our guides, resources, consultations and programs are designed to provide general business information, education and practical support.
While we take reasonable care in preparing our materials, information may not apply to every business or circumstance.
